Data Deletion Instructions
For Facebook App Review compliance
If you would like to delete your account and personal data associated with our applications and services, please follow one of the options below.
Option A — Request via Email
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include: your full name, account email (and Facebook Page/App ID if applicable), and a brief confirmation that you want all personal data deleted.
- We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 72 hours.
- Your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 7 business days, except where we must retain data to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
Option B — Self-service (if logged in)
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy and click Delete my data. Your request will be queued immediately. (If you cannot find this menu, use Option A.)
Scope of Deletion
- Account profile, contact details, content uploaded, logs linked to your identity.
- Integration tokens/permissions with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook) will be revoked.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule; residual encrypted copies may persist for up to 30 days before being purged.

If you believe your request was not handled correctly, reply to our confirmation email or contact the Data Protection Officer:

- อีเมลมาที่ [email protected] ระบุหัวข้อ “ขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” พร้อมชื่อ–อีเมลที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน และยืนยันความต้องการลบ
- เราจะตอบรับภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง และลบข้อมูลภายใน 7 วันทำการ (ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่ต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย)
- ถ้ามีเมนูลบด้วยตนเอง ให้ไปที่
แดชบอร์ด > ตั้งค่า > ความเป็นส่วนตัวแล้วกด “ลบข้อมูลของฉัน”
